Washington (HRNW)- US President Donald Trump has once again claimed that Saudi Arabia may soon join the Abraham Accords.
Speaking on the American TV program “60 Minutes,” President Trump said, “I think Saudi Arabia will join the Abraham Accords, we will find a solution.”
Trump added that the future of the two-state solution is uncertain because “it depends on Israel and me.”
On the other hand, White House officials have confirmed that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will visit Washington on November 18, where he is scheduled to meet President Trump.
According to officials, the meeting will discuss bilateral relations, regional security and a possible peace agreement with Israel.
According to US media, President Trump is increasing pressure on Saudi Arabia to join the Abraham Accords in order to strengthen the US peace plan in the Middle East.
It should be remembered that the Abraham Accords began in 2020, under which the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Morocco established diplomatic relations with Israel.
