Berlin (dpa) – The international showjumping and dressage tournament in Dortmund was called off Sunday after an order by city authorities.
The event in the Westfallenhallen had begun on Thursday despite the coronavirus outbreak and was due to finish later Sunday. Events had taken place Sunday before organizers said the tournament was ending.
Organizers said they had had gone ahead with the event because a decree by regional authorities had only affected public events with more than 1,000 visitors.
