Accused involved in demanded 50 Lac Bhatta through delivery of two rounds 30 bore pistol n Bhatta slip on Bakery reception of Jamil’s Bakers owner. Accused previously having criminal record vide FOR no. 240/13,
241/13 u/s 353/324/34 PPC 23(1)A of SIU karachi. FIR No. 123/15, 124/15, 125/15 u/s 353/324/34 PPC 23 (1)A of Iqbal Market. Accused also fired and injured a Constable Javed posted in Iqbal Market PS.
